/Mental Health News Articles/ - Jacksonville, FL, February 22, 2008, Patricia Callaway Daniel, a pediatric psychiatrist for Nemours Children's Clinic, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and distinction in all aspects of psychiatry.

As a pediatric psychiatrist for Nemours Children's Clinic, Dr. Daniel sees pediatric psychiatry patients, many of whom have medical comorbidities. Her expertise is caring for children with mood and anxiety disorders. She has five years of experience in pediatric psychiatry.

Dr. Daniel became involved in her profession because of her love for children. She is also the director of child and adolescent psychiatry partial hospitalization programs at Wolfson Children's Hospital/Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville. In the future, she plans to become more involved in the academic aspects of the profession and in teaching. Dr. Daniel attributes her success to her hard work and dedication to children's welfare.

In 2002, she earned her medical doctorate from the University of Kansas. Previously, in 1983, she graduated with a Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology, also from the University of Kansas. She completed her triple board residency program in pediatrics, general psychiatry, and child and adolescence psychiatry at the University of Utah. Dr. Daniel is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
