Mr. Williams boasts 20 years of professional experience, with the last eight spent at his current position at Wisconsin Community Service, a healthcare center that provides healthcare treatment services including toxicology and pretrial programs. An expert in drug testing issues, he underwent training in Toxicology at the Milwaukee Area Technical College and holds diplomas from Dade Behring and Olympus America. His responsibilities as lab director include overseeing operations such as alcohol monitoring systems, alcohol bracelets, population management, and compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Mr. Williams is affiliated with the American Association for Clinical Chemistry, the College of American Pathologists, the National Association of Pretrial Services Agencies and the Mental Health Clinic, for which he has helped raise funds totaling $17,000. His future goals include establishing his own business.
