With more than 10 years of professional experience, Ms. Caridi excels in individual and relationship mental wellness therapy and counseling people with anxiety, depression, chronic illness and self-esteem issues. As head of her own practice, she is responsible for overseeing operations and coaching and counseling clients. She became involved in her profession because of her desire to help people with emotional problems, and attributes her success to her hard work, dedication and determination.

Ms. Caridi earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and Human Services from John Carroll University in 1997 and her Bachelor of Arts in Business and Journalism from Bowling Green State University in 1980. In addition, she is a Certified Relationship Specialist through the American Psychotherapy Association and is affiliated with Chi Sigma Iota, the American Psychotherapy Association and the American Counseling Association. Ms. Caridi hopes to become an author in the future.
