With 39 years of professional experience, Ms. White specializes in counseling people with mental issues. As a medical social worker, she is responsible for supervising staff, working as a case manager and staff liaison for the Consumer Advisory Board and as a facilitator for HIV and AIDS support groups, and coordinating training on medical adherence for consumers. Ms. White previously worked with children and families in protective service for 27 years, with the local department of social services and for seven years, as a policy analyst for family services for the Maryland Department of Human Resources. She attributes her success to her people management skills.

A licensed certified clinical social worker, Ms. White received her Master's Degree in Social Work from Howard University in Washington D.C. in 1986 and her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Morgan State University in 1968. She is the president of the Howard University Alumni Club of Baltimore, the recording secretary of the Morgan State University National Alumni Association, and a Board member of the Scotts Hill Neighborhood Association. She finds deep personal fulfillment in helping her community, and looks forward to more years in the same capacity.
