As director of services, he is responsible for managing operations including human resources, marketing, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and recruiting and training staff. He also works with adolescent girls with behavior problems and promotes higher self-esteem. His desire to help others and provide them with the tools to solve their problems prompted him to become involved in his profession. He attributes his success to his faith in God and the support he received from his parents.

Mr. Ervin received his Master of Science in Health Administration from Wichita State University in 1993, a Bachelor of Science in Ministry and Evangelism from Abilene Christian University in 1979 and an Associate of Arts in Bible Studies from York College in 1976. He aspires to obtain his Ph.D. in clinical psychology and is looking forward to developing a program for single moms.
