Gil Magno, musician and performer by training, vocal and life coach by profession, has gathered, distilled and blended powerful tools that will enable anone to prevail over their challenges and expand their personal best to achieve their greatest potential.

Vocal coaches teach people how to sing. Personal coaches encourage their clients to build confidence and self esteem. Magno combines vocal and performance coaching, then goes further by providing training in the Sentence Completion work of Dr. Nathaniel Branden and the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) developed by Gary Craig. The final ingredient is Magno's insights into the personal magnetism of the human voice. The result is the Self Transformation Course, a program that enables Magno's clients to go very deep into their psyche, gain deeper understanding of their nature, their strengths and weaknesses and remove the blocks to attaining the performance they want in their lives.

Magno's Self Transformation Course is not a cookie cutter approach to training.  Each of us has a unique genealogy, nobody shares our personal history of loss and frustration or our stories of pain and trauma.  Consciously some of these stories are long forgotten but in a counterintuitive pattern - protecting us by holding us back - these buried stories send subconscious messages that sabotage our ability to show up in the world. EFT, a process that engages the meridian pathways used by acupuncturists, uses those meridians to release the forgotten memories.

For a simplistic example, consider a two year old who was painfully chastised for a bout of yelling. For the rest of his life, the subconscious memory of that pain inhibits him from completely releasing his voice in song. Using EFT, the inhibition is released. At the same time, Sentence Completion helps the students overcome self defeating behavior patterns and learn new, positive, and responsible ways to take charge of their lives. The multi-layer approach of simultaneously working with the conscious and subconscious self has proved to be consistently successful for Magno's pupils.
