Wade, Psychotherapist and Owner of ACTSolutions, has been named Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Marriage and Family Therapy. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.

Deborah M. Wade has 20 years of professional experience, 10 of which have been as the owner of Authentic Christian Therapeutic Solutions. Considered a specialist in sex therapy and intimacy issues, she counsels her clients on intimacy issues, depression, marriage and family relationships and substance abuse. In addition, she treats children utilizing play therapy and promotes issues related to women and spirituality. An avid public speaker, she lectures on various topic including marriage, communication, mental health and issues related to children and adolescents. She is the proud developer of Back to the BASEX: Beyond the Birds and the Bees, a program that assists parents to speak to their children about sexuality from a Biblical approach. Ms. Wade notes that a desire to make a difference in the lives of others motivated her to become involved in her profession, and she considers her ability to build authentic relationships and her upbringing to be the contributing factors to her success.

A licensed marriage and family therapist, Ms. Wade is a licensed professional counselor in Texas and became a certified sex therapist through the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists. She received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University in 1989 and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wayland Baptist University in 1984. She is a clinical member of the Association of Marriage & Family Ministries, the American Association of Christian Counselors and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
