Juanita C. Franklin Works Hard to Get Struggling Students Out of Exceptional Education

JACKSONVILLE, FL, August 10, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Juanita C. Franklin, Clinical Instructor, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in special education.

Ms. Franklin has 17 years of experience as an educator. An independent clinical instructor, she works with third- and fourth-graders with special needs in an inclusion setting. Her responsibilities include meeting with students struggling in mathematics and reading, conducting diagnostic testing, writing individualized education plans for students, and managing safety and compliance issues involving teachers and students. As an educator, Ms. Franklin always puts the children first, and considers getting them out of exceptional education to be the most vital aspect of her job. She finds deep personal fulfillment in making a difference in the lives of children, and attributes her success to working hard, making herself available to her students at all times, and being around people who share her passion for education.

A certified clinical educator, Ms. Franklin holds a provisional Master's Degree. She is also a certified notary public in the state of Florida and earned certifications in collegiate coaching from Florida Performance Measurement System. She is a member of Abyssinia Missionary Baptist Church and serves as a Board Member for Jacksonville Youth Sanctuary as well as Imani Phi Christ Sorority, Inc. Her goals for the future include consulting on Exceptional Education with charter schools and becoming a school board member.
