Robert L. Sprague, Ph.D. Added to Exclusive Registry's Roster
Sprague was motivated by his work with the mentally disabled to pursue pediatric psychopharmacology
URBANA, IL, November 4, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Robert L. Sprague, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Kinesiology for the University of Illinois, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in pediatric psychopharmacology.
As a professor of Kinesiology for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Robert L. Sprague's responsibilities included lecturing upon invitations and performing medical research in pediatric psychopharmacology. He became involved in his profession after working with the mentally retarded. Dr. Sprague began his career with ground breaking research into pediatric psychopharmacology and dosages at the University of Illinois, and he attributes his success to the support he receives from his colleagues and the university to perform research, and the school's culture.
Dr. Sprague earned his Ph.D. in Psychology. He is a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and a fellow of the American Psychological Association. Among the awards he has received is the Freedom and Responsibility Award, given by the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
