Cheryl A. Baeza's extensive education prepared her for her career as a licensed clinical social worker

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, December 18, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Cheryl A. Baeza, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in the treatment of co-occurring mental illness/substance abuse disorders and work with children and families.

Cheryl A. Baeza has 26 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker. She is currently working for nonprofit groups, has worked for an HMO, Los Angeles County Adoptions, Los Angeles County Probation, and was Master Field Instructor for University of Southern California and California State University, Long Beach. She became involved in this profession after working in Watts, CA following the riots in the late sixties. She attributes her success to God given opportunities.

Ms. Baeza received her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 1978 and her bachelor of arts in English education from the University of Colorado in 1969. She is a member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the Newcomers Club, the P.E.O. Sisterhood and El Paso Collaborative Steering Committee.
