SAN DIEGO, CA, January 18, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Kasia Seibert, Marriage and Family Therapist for the County of San Diego, California, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in mental healthcare.

Ms. Seibert has 25 years of professional mental health experience in a variety of settings. In 1988, she brought her talents to the County of San Diego, where she currently works in Juvenile Forensic Services. As a clinician, she is responsible for visiting Juvenile Hall and related probation facilities, performing direct therapy, managing crisis intervention, working with youth to deliver placement stabilization when detained in probation facilities, and overseeing rehabilitation services. Ms. Seibert became involved in her profession because she felt it was her calling to help people grow and change. She attributes her success to her passion and commitment to her field and ability to come up with creative solutions and help others make needed changes in their lives and overcome adversity.

A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Ms. Seibert received her Master of Arts in Psychology in 1988 from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Additionally, she earned a Master of Arts in Slavic Languages and Literature in 1982 from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and her local Parent Teacher Association.
