Richard G. Hunter celebrates 40 years as a psychiatrist of the Georgia Behavioral Health Professionals
ATLANTA, GA, November 23, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Richard G. Hunter, Psychiatrist of the Georgia Behavioral Health Professionals, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in neuropsychology.
With 40 years of experience as a psychiatrist of the Georgia Behavioral Health Professionals, Dr. Hunter is responsible for treating and diagnosing patients, and administering therapy sessions. He became involved in his profession because he is fascinated by the brain, and he attributes his success to his hard work.
Dr. Hunter received an MD from the School of Medicine at the University of Virginia in 1968 and a master's degree in business from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1961. He has been honored with a fellowship at the American Academy of Neurology. He is a member of the Georgia Psychiatric Physicians Association, the Georgia Neurological Society, the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Neurology and the American Psychiatric Association.
