Jocelyn Baitz-Unger has five years of experience as a guidance counselor for The New York City Department of Education. She is responsible for counseling mandated and at-risk students individually and as a group. She became involved in her profession after she realized the role a counselor through her family experience. She attributes her success to her experience and genuine interest in the education field.
Ms. Baitz-Unger received her master's degree in counseling and personal services from the Graduate School of Education at Fordham University in 2002. She is a member of the American Counseling Association, American Mental Health Counselors Association and the New York Mental Health Counselors Association.
