As a Clinical Social Worker running her own private practice, Vivien has spent the last 25 years providing exceptional care for her patients.

Vivien B. Deitz, MSW, BCD currently manages a private practice in North Bethesda, Maryland. She is a licensed clinical social worker who has been known throughout her career for her unique ability to promote growth and self-understanding by helping people improve the quality of their lives through individual psychotherapy, group therapy and self-help training.

Vivien is dedicated to helping people understand and heal their relationships, motivating them to grow, move forward, and gain control of their lives. She has successfully helped people who suffer from depression, anxiety, relationship issues and chronic medical problems. Vivien published the book, The Doing and Being Room, which is a children's book about the beginning stages of connection to oneself and then to others. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Greater Washington Society of Social Workers.
