A licensed family therapist, Kelly Gleadall Beach has 20 years of experience in the service of others. For the last decade she has been at the helm of KMG Consulting, an agency through which she works with such organizations as Medicaid to ensure that children have the coverage they need for behavioral health treatment. Ms. Gleadall Beach oversees complete mental health assessments, coordinates with Medicaid and foster care agencies, and manages behavioral health in Medicaid. She considers helping people to be the most rewarding aspect of her career, and attributes her success to her diligence, patience and customer service skills.

Ms. Gleadall Beach earned her master's degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, her master of education in counseling and guidance from the Saint Thomas Campus of the University of the Virgin Islands, and her bachelor's degree in psychology from George Mason University. She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists. Ms. Gleadall Beach plans to expand her work with Medicaid in the coming years and continue serving children.
