Jean-Claude Toussaint, Jr. became the assistant vice president of New York City Economic Development Corporation at the age of 27
CHARLOTTE, NC, June 04, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jean-Claude Toussaint, Jr., Fiscal Administrator for Mecklenburg County Area Mental Health, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in public services.
Utilizing 14 years of professional experience, Mr. Toussaint specializes in financial management and manages budgets, grants and accounts payable for Mecklenburg County Area Mental Health. After volunteering for community-based organizations in New York City, he developed an interest in working for government and non-profit organizations. He attributes his success to his education and family values.
Mr. Toussaint received his Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from Long Island University in 2001 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Brooklyn College. He is a member of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators and the National Urban League. In the future, he intends to become a certified public accountant.
