With nine years of professional experience, Mr. Burton attributes his success to the support he receives from his mentor, Gary Nixo Ph.D. As a therapist, he counsels patients with depression, anxiety and stress, conducts couples' therapy and treats individuals with drug and alcohol addictions. He received his a Master's Degree in Psychology and Counseling in 2006 from the City University of Seattle. In 2002, he received a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, with a major in Addiction Counseling, from the University of Lethbridge. Mr. Burton is a member of the Canadian Counseling Psychotherapy Association, and the Canadian Psychological Association.
