Social Work Professional Earns Membership With Stanford Who's Who
Sara M. Ellingson LICSW BCD has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her remarkable work in the Healthcare Industry.

KENNEWICK, WA, August 7, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Sara M. Ellingson LICSW BCD has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her remarkable work in the Healthcare Industry. As Owner and Principal of Sara Ellingson Clinical Social Work since 1981, Sara has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Sara is responsible for the executive management of the practice. The establishment provides patients with clinical social work services. Her extensive training has taken her from psychoanalytic training to the more recent trends toward mindfulness. Sara is a Board Certified Diplomate through the American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work. Her passion has always been to help clients reach their optimum potential and to unlock the courage to resolve their conflicts.

Sara taught at Walla Walla College for about 12 years in the graduate and undergraduate social work department. She is quite comfortable in speaking to groups regarding many topics including but not limited to divorce, parenting, marital relationships and self-esteem. She has worked inpatient and outpatient chemical dependency, outpatient family service and mental health settings as well as an inpatient psychiatric hospital.

During her educational career, Sara earned a degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. In the time away from her busy schedule, she greatly enjoys gardening.
