Gary Miller holds the highest credentials available from national social-work certification boards

HIBBING, MN, November 01, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gary F. Miller, Psychotherapist at the Range Mental Health Center Hibbing, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in social work.

Mr. Miller has 42 years of experience, including his three years of service as a psychotherapist at the Range Mental Health Center Hibbing. During his career, he has acquired extensive knowledge of treatments for post-traumatic stress disorders, borderline personality disorders, dissociative disorders and mood disorders. His current responsibilities include conducting diagnostic assessments and coordinating psychotherapy practices with community outreach services. He treats both children and adults, with a focus on the adult population, and is also a holistic therapist.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Mr. Miller holds a Master of Social Work and is licensed as a independent clinical social worker by the state of Minnesota. Furthermore, he is recognized by the National Association of Social Workers as a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, which is the highest distinction the NASW confers. In addition, Mr. Miller holds the designation of Board Certified Diplomate, issued by American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work to professionals who have attained a high level of competency. To keep abreast of advances in his field, Mr. Miller is a member of The Minnesota Society of Clinical Hypnosis and International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation.
