As a Clinical, Forensic Psychologist with Connecticut Valley Hospital for the past 12 years, Dr. Hart has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

Dr. Hart treats patients who have mental illnesses, providing risk assessments, psychological testing, and psychological assessments. He also gets involved in legal matters such as courtroom testimonies. Dr. Hart offers both group and individual therapy to his patients. In addition, Dr. Hart teaches Psychological Assessment to Doctoral Students in Clinical Psychology at the University of Hartford where he is an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Psychology. At Connecticut Valley Hospital, he supervises Doctoral students in diagnostic interviewing, psychological assessment and teaches dynamic report writing skills.

During his collegiate career, Dr. Hart earned a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School for Professional Psychology. He is a member of the Society for Personality Assessment.
